With 40 years of construction experience, Joe is responsible for the overall direction of the company and oversees general operations including estimating, scheduling, project management, and field supervision. He has accomplished domestic and international endeavors and has worked in all levels of construction from labor through area management to present, as Managing Partner-President.
Jeffrey A. Rochelle
Managing Partner – Executive Vice President
Jeff provides broad oversight and direction for the company's finance structure. He facilitates the development of the company goals and objectives, appointment of key leadership personnel, ensures financial stability and reviews annual budget. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Art in Finance and obtained a Law degree from St. Mary's University.

Vice President - Administration
Joe is responsible for the multidisciplinary support of the company. He oversees procurement, document controls, administrative support, and IT support. He is also responsible for business administration, customer service,resource management and field support operations. He graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor of Art in Political Science and holds a Masters of Arts in International Relations from St. Mary’s University and a Masters of Information and Network Security from Our Lady of the Lake University .
