Preconstruction/Feasibility Analysis/Estimating
Prior to and during the design phase of a project, RamRoc can work with an owner to develop a budget, create a project schedule, and provide best practices advice on the use of specific construction means methods and materials. Once a decision is made to move forward with a project, RamRoc can provide valuable assistance to the project team as it finalizes plans,  secures critical approvals from government authorities, and solicit bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.

Construction Management
Often, an owner needs a trusted partner to represent his or her interest through each phase of the design and construction process. RamRoc has a proven record as a Construction Manager of working with owners to manage project budget, scope, design, construction schedule, and execution of the design and construction contracts. 

​Design-Build
RamRoc can take a rough design model or idea generated by an owner, develop a complete set of architectural and engineering plans, obtain all necessary approvals and permits, and deliver a completed project. This delivery method is called design-build and our management team has been performing this type of construction for over three decades, long before the term "design-build" existed. This process is extremely efficient, provides the best value to the owner, and greatly reduces the construction duration

With over 40 years of masonry experience, RamRoc construction, via our sister company Vincent Masonry,  provides impeccable workmanship and in-depth insight on any masonry project.
