Our Team

Motivated by a clear need in the industry for high quality construction services, Joe Ramirez and Jeff Rochelle founded RamRoc Construction in 2001. RamRoc’s first project was the concrete foundation for the Torch of Friendship in downtown San Antonio.

Since that first project, RamRoc has built its reputation on experience and value-added service. We provide historic renovation, new construction and finish out services. Our experience includes retail, commercial office, institutional, hospitality, industrial and multi-family residential projects.

Our foundation is our people. Our founder has over 37 years of construction experience and our superintendents on average have 15 years of experience ranging from masonry to plumbing and everything in between. This experience, the superior work ethic of all of our employees, and our commitment to our customers define RamRoc.
