Project consisted of interior demolition as well as installing a new elevator for the two-story office building.  The front parking lot was modified in order to be handicap accessible.  The rear parking lot was transformed and enlarged to accommodate the additional parking spaces required as well as to provide 4 new light poles and security fencing with operational gates.  RamRoc also provided proper drainage and erosion diversion which was a main issue in the re-construction of the parking lot.
