Facade renovation and modernization of an existing strip mall on Walzem Road (Windcrest Shopping Center).  Project consists of demolition of existing roof elements, removal of main entry west of China Harbor to match existing overhang, new soffits, paint, downspouts, and installation of a new sign parapet wall and standing seam metal roof.  The main concern was to create a more inviting shopping experience for customers and promote the existing businesses through better visual illustrations of their signage.  The intent was to enhance the existing shopping center in order to maintain a more modern feel an create an overall cleaner look.
